An experienced Floor Manager, Mike takes a spirited approach to his work each day, employing his passion for building new things and piecing together each part of a given project. With a steady hand and analytical mindset, Mike organizes the largest and most complex fabricated parts in advance of their move to the venue and ensures everything is put together tightly and securely. With 20 years of industry experience and extensive building and fabrication skills, Mike is a tremendous asset on-site and leads his team of installers to a flawless execution, ensuring any on-site challenges are addressed quickly and efficiently.
Lana has been in the exhibit industry for over 18 years and has extensive knowledge of field services and execution. Lana’s communication and relationships with outside vendors, show management, and install teams provide a strong foundation to ensure the execution of the event goes smoothly. Lana has worked with a wide variety of clients, including Fortune 500 brands across North America and Europe, including but not limited to: HP Inc, Michelin and Samsung where she was instrumental in executing retail installations of 700+ stores, nation-wide.
As the Field Services Manager for this project, Lana will ensure that all services will be ordered correctly and before the advanced pricing deadlines, liaise with Show Management for booth design approvals when necessary, and will arrange a strong, respectful and competent team of installers to ensure that all on-site aspects of the project are taken care of.
With over 16 years of industry experience, Nicole Moschitto is an integral part of the Juiceworks team. Nicole’s diverse background enables her to offer valuable insight and leadership on even the most complex of projects. With a degree in interior design, Nicole started her career as an event/retail space designer in 2004. Her talent and work ethic were immediately evident, and she quickly became a client favourite. Over the past 16 years, Nicole has managed projects, retail spaces and award-winning event programs for client such as: Volvo, Bosch, Ferrari, Proctor & Gamble, Gucci, Jean Paul Gauthier, Givenchy, Dolce & Gobbana, Nike, Calvin Klein, Mercedes-Benz and Husky. Having an in-depth knowledge of what is involved in quality fabrication and functional space design allows Nicole to excel as a Project Manager. She has a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines, without compromising even the smallest of details. At the heart of each project execution, she is quick to offer ideas and creative solutions, when unexpected challenges arise. Composed under pressure with a hands-on approach, Nicole works with her clients through each critical milestone and is there to support them on-site throughout the entire process.
Steve entered the XM world in 2008 and spent the next 12 years honing his skills as a Production, Project and Account Manager primarily in the agency world. With a degree in Art & Design Fundamentals at Niagara College, followed by a Post Graduate Certificate also in the design field, Steve calls on his passion for the Arts in all of the projects he works on. Over the years he has been able to successfully partner with premium brands such as Google, RBC, Samsung, Walmart and Shoppers Drug Mart to bring their vision to life, and he credits his success to hard work and dedication on all of his projects, but more than anything, the relationships he’s built over his career. Focusing on his strengths, Steve will utilize his relationship and communication skills coupled with his excellent time management and problem solving acumen to see this project from concept all the way through completion.
Marc has been working in the industry since 2013. His passion for the exhibit world is shown in his attention to detail and execution of high-level programs. In the past 7 years, Marc has worked on a number of nationwide marketing and exhibit programs. He has done national exhibit tours with Volvo for the CX90 and the Harley Davidson ride and drive program. He has worked on large scale stunts with McDonalds and helped launch the V10 Vacuum in Canada for Dyson.
Marc is very hands on and likes to take a detail-oriented approach to each project. No matter the size of the project , Marc makes it a priority to maintain open communication with his clients so that they are always part of the process and involved from design all the way to execution.
Tifany brings over 18 years experience and a wealth of knowledge in the event marketing arena. She has been responsible for developing marketing/design initiatives that have resulted in significant client growth and award winning campaigns. Continually delving into the industry’s latest trends, she ensures each client’s brand is represented in a meaningful and compelling space that calls for action. Tifany’s primary role is to ensure brand integrity from design thru to production, working with our design and detailing teams to ensure no detail goes un-touched. A passionate brand advocate, she ensures the brand’s integrity is protected through final execution. Tifany has worked with clients such as: ROOTS Canada, Burts Bees, RBC, Weston Foods, CAA, La Rocca among others.
With over 10 years of production management experience, and 19 years total in the industry, Matt’s insight is a key factor in each successful event execution. No stranger to the luxury automotive market, Matt has an excellent grasp of the target audience and brings a fresh perspective to each new project. Matt was heavily involved in leading the production team on our recent Genesis Motors launch at Toronto Pearson International Airport (see pages 18-19 for project details). He was also key in overseeing the build and production of the GTA exhibit for last year’s Toronto International AutoShow. Matt’s accreditation as a Joiner (Cabinet Maker) has proven to be a tremendous asset in his leadership role; he uses his profound knowledge and experience to ensure each new build is fabricated meticulously and according to best practices. Working from concept to go-live, his dedicated, hands-on approach plays an intrinsic role in each project’s positive outcome.
An industry veteran, Jon founded Juiceworks 25 years ago, servicing the exhibit marketing industry as an installation technician. His passion and entrepreneurial spirit quickly took root as he developed a reputation for excellent service, reliability and quality workmanship. Jon credits those same values as the key to his success today.
